Q: What is an Olympex Group IBC Online Investment
Account?
A: Online Investment Account is an insured money market account

Q: How do I make my initial deposit?

Q: How do I know my money is secure?
A: Initial deposit is insured. In addition, Olympex Group as a

Q: I've just transferred funds to your ecurrency account but
cannot find my deposit inside my Olympex account area.
A: You can find all of your running investment accounts on "My
Investments" page. If you made a deposit via e-gold or
e-bullion, please make sure that you have confirmed the deposit,
othderwise your new investment account will not be activated.
Q: I've been trying to transfer funds to your E-gold account
but the following error occured "Payee Account Number is missing
or invalid." .
A: Please make sure you've copied account number without any spaces
or other symbols, just digits. This error may occur if you accidentally
type extra symbols in payee account field. We recommend you to
pay via our e-gold payment link to avoid errors.
Q: I have one running investment account, can I start one more?
A: Yes, you can start as many investment account as you wish.
One new deposit is equal one new managed investment account. Please
find all running managed investment accounts on "My
investments" page.
Q: I have several active investment accounts, can I merge them?
A: Unfortunately it is not possible.When investment accounts expire,
you'll be able to reinvest the whole balance or any part of it.
Q: I have forgotten my Login ID. How can I restore it?
A: Please provide us with your e-mail
address and full name, we will send your Login back to you.

Q: Are investment terms in business or calendar days?
A: Terms are in calendar days.
Q: Can I withdraw my interest daily?
A: Interest and initial deposit are held till deposit maturity.
You'll be able to withdraw your funds or prolong investment when
your investment account expires, i.e. in 10/25/50/100 days depending
on chosen investment account type.
Q: What is the different between "New invesment" and "Prolong
investment" tools?
A: "New investment"
tool is for those who wish to create a new investment account
using e-currency account as funding source."Prolong
investment" tool is for those who wish to create a new
investment account using Olympex account balance as funding source,
i.e. reinvest the funds.
Q: I'm new to e-currencies and doubt which investment method
is better.
A: Please refer to "Investment Methods"
page for ecurrency guide. Take a look at survey
results as well.
Q: Can I invest from my Olympex account balance?
A: Yes, you can invest from account balance, please use "Prolong
investment" tool.

Q: My investment account will expire soon. Will
you transfer funds to my e-currency account automatically upon
expiration?
A: When one of your active investment accounts expires, you'll
be paid to your Olympex account balance. This allows you to choose
whether to withdraw money or prolong investment account.
Q: How do I withdraw my money?
A: Withdrawal method depends on deposit method. For example, if
you made a deposit via e-bullion, you'll be able to request withdrawal
to e-bullion only. Olympex Group IBC does not provide exchange
service. E-gold, Liberty Reserve and Pecunix withdrawals are instant,
i.e. money transfer takes 3 to 5 seconds to be processed. E-bullion
withdrawal is a manual process and may take up to 24 hours depending
on Financial Department workload.
Q: Can I merge my e-bullion and e-gold balances?
A: Account balances valued in different e-currencies cannot be
merged, split or moved to other e-currency. Olympex Group IBC
does not provide exchange service.
Q: Can I change my e-curency account(s)?
A: You cannot change your e-currency account manually due to strong
account security (in case of account hijacking intruder will not
be able to steal your money). If you wish to update your e-currency
account(s), please contact customer assistance
department. We will make sure that you are an account holder
and update your profile.
Q: I tried to withdraw instantly via E-gold / Liberty Reserve / Pecunix but failed. What's the problem?
A: Please make sure you have your e-currency account(s) added to your Olympex profile to be able to process instant withdrawals.

Q: I want to refer my friend and earn commissions
from his investments. How can I do it?
A: Please log in your Olympex account and find your referral link
on "Account Information" page
(e.g. http://www.olympexgp.com/?id=49823). If a person visits
Olympex Group's website via your affiliate link and registers a new Olympex
account, you will earn commissions from each new and prolonged
investment of this person.
Q: Will I get commission, if my affiliate reinvests from account
balance?
A: Yes, affiliate commission is credited for both new (direct)
and prolonged (reinvested) investments.
Q: My wife wants to register an Olympex account. We use one
computer, can we register both accounts from one IP address?
A: Yes, you can have more than one account, registered from the
same IP address. Please note, self-referring is prohibited.
Q: Can I manage my affiliates' accounts from one computer?
A: Yes, you can. Please inform us that you manage several accounts
to avoid account(s) blocking/suspending.
